What’s the password to register for tickets?

CAPTIVE is an exclusive festival and we’re only inviting incredible guests. You can get the password from us by letting us know you’re interested or you can get it from someone we’ve already invited that thinks you’re incredible.

I’m registered for an event. How do I join?

Please be aware of what time your event starts. We’ll send an email with instructions to join approximately one hour before each virtual event begins. For Drive-Ins, No Diners, & No Dives: Los Angeles Drive-In Movie Night, information will be posted a few days in advance on that event page.

What do I need to do to prepare for an event I’m attending?

We’ll send our periodic email updates with important reminders, but the best way to keep up to date on all specific event details is to check out their respect event page. We’re constantly updating these pages with the latest information you need to know!

If I register for an event, can my partner/friend/roommate join?

Each guest needs to register separately so we know who’s coming. Or, if you want, you can register for yourself and one guest by adding an additional ticket to your cart.

Can two people share one screen for an event?

To us, it’s kinda like two people trying to sit in the same chair at a restaurant. Sure, it’s technically possible, but it kinda sucks. And for some events, such as Rival Gangs: Masquerade, you won’t be allowed to do this. For simplicity, if you and someone else are joining from the same physical location, we recommend putting both laptops side-by-side so we can clearly see both of you! Just mute one of the computers to avoid the dreaded Zoom echo.
